What

•Creating awareness and a safe space where we can speak about our prejudices, biases, and vulnerabilities is the essence of working through the deeply rooted conditioning we hold.

•This one day program is designed to raise awareness of our biases; to shift from unconscious to the conscious level. With this awareness, the workshop then aims at equipping participants with methods for positively managing biases for more informed and conscious decision making and collaboration.

•The focus of the workshop is to allow for authentic sharing of personal experiences and views in a safe, non-judgemental environment through a methodology that combines theatre and personal storytelling.

For Whom

For leaders and  managers to enable inclusive work cultures within their teams.

Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make everyday. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.
