BHANUMATHY VASUDEVAN

Bhanu has served as an Organisation Development (OD) and Diversity consultant to organisations for over 30 years. Accredited as a human process facilitator from Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS) and Self- differentiation from Weir Merrill Associates, U.S. and she has also worked as staff in many Group Relations Conferences in India since 1984.  She is currently a visiting faculty to the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. An avid gardener, earth lover/activist she is also a bird watcher and a student of alternate healing practices.

Cindu Staub

Cindu is a Coach and Facilitator, with focus on transformation, leadership, and performance. She brings to her role her diverse corporate and leadership experiences. She believes that we can let go of our reactive tendencies, choose creative behaviours and operate from our potenial -with awareness and practice. She is certified in Hogan Personality Inventory, The Leadership Circle profile, Cultural transformation tools from BarreF Values Centre, WorkPlace Big 5 Profile, and the Integrative Enneagram. She is an ICF Certified Professional Coach, Certified in Coaching for Transformation, from Leadership that Works USA. She completed the Entrepreneurship and Management program from The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She graduated in Psychology and Media Studies.

NEELCANTAN BALASUBRAMANIAM

Neel has stepped into the independent consulting world after a rich experience of 18 years on the corporate side. An avid reader, fitness freak and a divergent thinker, he has played many roles in his corporate role - from Talent Development Head to Innovation Catalyst to Facilitator. Neel primarily works on 'solving business learning challenges' with a business lens. Certified as an ACC coach, Gallupstrengthfinder coach, Hogan coach, he is also one of the few Lego Serious Play certified facilitators in India. Neel also generates ideas every time he exhales.

PRIYA VENKATESH

A facilitator for 18 years, Priya has designed experiential programs that allow participants to explore various aspects of the self, team work, leadership and strategy. Priya is also a trainer with Bangalore Little Theatre (BLT), India's oldest English Theatre group. She has received credentials in MBTI, Thomas PPA (DiSC), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), FIRO - B and PCFI (Perceived Competence of Functioning Inventory) Assessment Tool. She volunteers with the WWF, teaches French, organises wilderness camps for children and is the first woman from Bangalore to have crossed the Arctic and Antarctic Circles.

SHRUTHI SONTHALIA

Shruthi is an Organisation Development Consultant and a Coach. Trained as a sociologist at the London School of Economics, she currently leads organisational and cultural transformation interventions, organisational restructuring, facilitates the creation of organisation visions and conducts 360° feedback programs. A Coach and a Reiki Master, she’s also trained in different methodologies such as Non-violent Communication, Appreciative Inquiry, Interplay and Gestalt Therapy.She is also an Associate Faculty with Leadership That Works, India. Shruthi is a lover of food artistry and revels in travelling around the world.

Vijji wears several hats – as an executive coach, entrepreneur, facilitator, management researcher and a storyteller. With over 17 years of corporate experience, she has consulted in the area of leadership development, including design and execution of leadership development centres, managerial coaching and competency profiling for a variety of roles. Vijji deeply connects with the power of stories to nurture connections through authentic conversations through her storytelling initiative By the River. An ardent reader, she unwinds by creating magnificent zen tangles.
